Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Car Rentals (Self-Drive and Chauffeur-Driven)
    Once a car rental is booked and confirmed (blocked), no refund will be provided in case of cancellation.
    If cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time, the booking amount will be retained, and only up to 50% of the total rental cost may be refunded, depending on the situation.
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time or for no-shows.
  2. Tour Packages (Pre-designed or Customized)
    No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the travel start date.
    For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, only 30% of the total package amount will be refunded.
    Any advance, deposit, or full payment made is considered non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
  3. Force Majeure
    PlaNexTrip is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, rescheduling or partial credit may be considered, subject to third-party policies.
  4. No Refund Conditions
    Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
    No-show or last-minute cancellation
    Early return or unused services
    Custom requests involving non-refundable vendor arrangements
    Cancellations not communicated through official channels (email/phone)
  5. Refund Processing
    Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days
    Refunds will be made via the original payment method
