• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified in the package or service details.
• We accept payments via secure gateways including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods listed on our website.
• Final service confirmation will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund terms vary by service:

• Car Rentals: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental start time. Late cancellations may incur charges.
• Tour Packages: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the travel date may be eligible for partial refunds. Within 7 days, cancellation fees may apply.
• Custom Bookings: Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Responsibilities of the User
By using our services, you agree:

• To follow all laws and regulations applicable during travel.
• Not to misuse or damage rental vehicles or properties.
• To respect guides, drivers, and fellow travelers.
• To provide accurate information during bookings.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

6. Vehicle Use (Self-Drive Rentals)

• You must present a valid driver’s license and ID proof before vehicle handover.
• Fuel, tolls, traffic violations, and fines are the responsibility of the renter.
• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be chargeable based on assessment.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs, videos) is the property of PlaNexTrip and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
